University degree in a business related field and relevant experience of at least 3 years in a managing position. Very good knowledge and understanding of organization functioning is necessary. Fluency in English and PC literacy are prerequisites. Candidate should be both result and customer oriented, independent with strong negotiation skills and sales drive with excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Manager's responsibilities will be:

- Identifying, building and developing Diaspora – Motherland economic flow within the SUC economic project.
- Developing and implementing the programs ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
- Implementing range of services and ensuring their compliance with company standards, and thus ensuring client satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining network of key economic actors in this sector, establishing and maintaining a professional client relationship and advising them on the solutions that will best meet their needs will be your major responsibilities.
- Participating in the development of plans, budgeting and pricing strategy.
- Responsible for the financial results and report to the management regularly.

Salary is commensurate with performance.
