Not becuase it is unavialable , But by the prosecutions extra blabering 49000 pages of non evidence enough to use up to 4yrs of court time . Hundreds of witnesses testifying mostly about what they heard . Milosevic handeled this court very easily and would have been aquited of the charges . Milosevic was getting to the part of the trail where he having already proven his innocence . was in the process of providing evidence of the truely guilty parties .
