PR 343: Serbian Unity Congress Press Release on Kosovo and Metohija Status Negotiations

PRESS RELEASE ON KOSOVO AND METOHIJA STATUS NEGOTIATIONS: “Kosovo Roadmap: Drop Deadlines, Seek Compromise, Respect International Law.”

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Talks on future status of Kosovo under the UN troika mediation have failed to overcome the impasse and produce a workable solution.

The Serbian Unity Congress strongly reiterates its long-held principled position that only a negotiated and mutually agreed-to solution can be lasting, just, and consistent with broadly understood American national interests.

The current US practice of imposing artificial deadlines and advocating extreme outcomes amid talks has effectively disabled meaningful negotiation between the parties and should be promptly substituted by honest brokerage. Furthermore, our government’s apparent readiness to sacrifice international law in deference to a violent foreign special interest would set a dangerous precedent, sending a message worldwide of America’s abandonment of core human rights in the face of terrorist threats, and compromising US national interests as well as global stability.

We call on the United States government to finally begin influencing Kosovo negotiations in a constructive manner through its role in the Contact Group and particularly the UN Security Council, respecting international law. Parties to the conflict must be clearly encouraged to negotiate in good faith, without time limits or preset solutions.  We furthermore call on Congress to provide the checks and balances necessary to promptly implement these policy changes.

1. Nicely written but unfortunately wasted on a structure that is determined to wipe Serbia off the face of the earth. Serbia is viewed as a fortress blocking the continued islamization of western Europe. It will be partitioned off regardless of whether we try to involve ourselves with the EU or not. My own personal feeling is that we should both withdraw from any bid to join the EU and especially NATO. If they want us so badly let them come to us, instead of our continued flirting with the enemy.

2. The United States in a world pole was rated as the most dangerious agressive country in the world . We are starting another war in Serbia , whom we needlessly bombed 8 yrs ago . We want to give violent muslims and Al Qaeda more freedom in Serbia . United States now says the 2% of Serbia’s population that voted for Thaci in Kosovo make up 16 % of Kosovo non expelled or not murdered population . this means the majority of Albanians want independence . Becuase this 16% that voted for Thaci got the most votes . United States is attempting to create another muslim democracy with bombers . Russia is calling NATO out on this violent misscarriage of justice.
   Lies about a humanitian crisses wont work any more , NATO cuased the humanitiarn crisses and actually killed most of the innocent civilans themselves. This has been pretty much established
   but NATO wants to keep it secret . Russia has no intentions of letting this go on quietly

3. The US/EU controls that court too-don’t they? Many politicians need to be behind bars-in reality.They are the true CRIMINALS.

4. Serbs are paying for having “great leadership” in the 1990’s and absolute inability/unwillingness to hire some decent PR firms out West, like Croatian, Slovenians, Bosnian Muslims and Albanians. When all these wars have started, I was flabbergasted with the amount of propaganda coming from the other side and idiotic commentaries coming from Serbian leadership to counter act such statements. Likely or not, Kosovo Albanians will get what they want-an ethnically pure state of their own. It is not worth getting high blood pressure over it. Serbs need to consolidate their position and make sure that they do not give up more territory in the near future. Also, while at it, do join NATO and EU, because last time when they got attacked, a country got pretty much pulverized, and Russians will not start WWW III over Serbs. Serbia is land locked. There is no more any kind of strategic interest or overwhelming natural resources needed to be grabbed. Give Albanians what they want. It will not take too long before their true nature and support of global terrorism will show up. Then, there will be a hell to pay down there.

5. Serbs are paying for their inability to organize since after WWI, when they should not have allowed Croatia or Slovenia to join in the creation of Yugoslavia, today Serbia would have been very large country and Bosnia or Macedonia would not have existed, in fact would have been part of Serbia, a large part of Croatia would also be part of Serbia and the autonomous provinces of Vojvodian and Kosovo would not have been created. The act of organizing and is never too late, ex., the Croatian Diaspora was awaiting the death of Tito since 1945, and made many attempts since 1945 at independence or coup d’état, two that I can remember, both unsuccessful (no outside help) when Tito died they acted in a well organized fashion, with the help of then newly unified Germany they succeeded (with outside help) in 1991/92, and 1995 they accomplished what the previous independent Nazi puppet state of Croatia could not, displace and murder all Serbs from its territory. Unfortunately for Serbia we had a leader who was dysfunctional, incapable of reasoning or sacrificing himself for the overall good of Serbia, instead he accidentally sacrificed himself (indirectly) and his incompetence lead to the loss innocent Serbian lives for absolutely nothing to show, except negative PR for Serbia, that persists even today.

   At the time of Tito’s in death 1980, Serbian Diaspora should have had a plan for the future; it should have had politicians in their pocket ready to take advantage of any political changes in Europe, i.e. USSR’s collapse. They should have worked with Serbian authorities indirectly and secretly via emissaries. The Serbian Church should have been unified by this time and also ready to take back all its land that was confiscated by the communists after WWII. There was no unity (CCCC), Serbia was divided and full of fifth columnist, the Diaspora was also divided into many camps (Cetniks, Partisans, Yugoslav’s, etc.), and this phenomenon persist even today. Even if a very strong Russia could help, Serbia has no leadership capable of taking advantage of Russia’s strength, before EU via NATO occupies all of Serbia. There are few leaders in Serbia today that talk the talk, but do not walk the walk, yet. These leaders need to now strike before it is too late to save Kosovo, as well as Serbia. They need to go to Russia and let them build a military base any where they want in Serbia, to counter those in Poland and Czech republic that the US is thinking for installing, in return ask for at least sixty of the latest nuclear weapons, then get the NATO military leaders to come for a visit showed them what you have and tell them bluntly you have 24 months to remove all your presence (installations, basis) from Serbian territory.

   Russia is in a win-win situation, it must stop NATO expansion somehow, and the best way at the moment is to arm Serbia to the teeth, and have defiant presence in Serbia, this type of act could lead NATO to fold as well as EU. There should have never been EU without Russia in the first place. Today’s EU (The forth Reich) is made up of Nazi and fascist states, and their collaborators, except for Greece. Does Serbia really expect mercy or help from these states or countries? Just a reminder if some of you have a short memory it was these states that bombed Serbia in 1999, and it did not have anything to do with Milosevic.

6. The ICJ court is also a UN court . the Hague court is a lower world court also authurised by the UN but funded and under controle of NATO .
   Milosevic was hoping the ICJ court would correct some of the injustices of the Hague court .
   THE ICJ court made a attempt by calling on the NATO countries to send their leaders in to answer some questions . These countries have all refused to answer any qestions. I guess they have to be kidnaped .
   Dont blame Serb leaders , I have been most impressed with Serb leadership , all the way around . Don’t Change , keep fighting amoungst yourselves , This is what makes Serbia so great.
   Serbs are at least on the right road , thats more than I can say for most western countries . The Russians should be given half interest in the Air base BONDSTEEL . To help the amercans protect europe from a Iranian attack .

7. Russia doesnt want to be dismembered like Yugosavia or Serbia and the Soveit Union . Russia is scrambling to prevent this . Yeltzen could not prevent it. Putin is praying and returning Russia to her Judo christian roots . Russia is stronger now , than the Soviet Union ever was and a thousand times richer . This most critical time is no time for Russia testing out western ideas on liberities , Russia tore up several disarmement treaties and are on a fast track rearmement program . I believe they will be in time to forceabley stop the dismemberment of Serbia . Yeltzen sent troops to help NATO ,untill he was lied to so much , he brought Russian troops home . What the politiclly correct dont know is ,its more important to just be correct

8. I dont believe its possible to buy P.R. in a NAZI
   country . And for sure Saudia Arabia and Albanian drug dealers have more extra money to spend than Serbia . Yes I agree milosevic should have sent more troops into Croatia and Bosnia . And help Babic more , But then again when you consider what he was up against maybe not . Milosevic was demonized by the west and in his own country by his opposition . I waited for four yrs for his crime to be exsposed in the Hague court . Read the trail transcripts , The former communist thug turned out to be my hero . I understand he was convicted of a murder in Serbia , after he was dead . I know nothing about that trail. But HE came out of the war real clean . A murder cant be forgiven , but it was very important to some people to ruin milosevics reputation , and a murder would . So I assume he was innocent of that also .
   ITs later than most americans think . Poland could not have used public relation or diplomacy to prevent Poland from attacking Germany in WW2 . Thats what happend If you read the German newspapers . The pope could not have prevented Joan of ark from burning him at the stake . He could not help that she was possessed by the devil
   If the Albanians keep swallowing the wahhabi agenda and start bombing more of europe the Politically correct E. U will have to do something
   yes maybe take all weapons away from all Serbs
   pass more laws to prevent christians from spying on muslims . make the hated symbol of the cross be taken away from public view .

Подсећајући на Декларацију о принципима међународног права која се односи на пријатељске односе и сарадњу између држава сагласно Повељи Уједињених нација, из 1970. године. Узимајући у обзир Резолуцију Савета безбедности 1244, из 1999. године. Узимајући у обзир члан 96. Повеље Уједињених нација. У циљу заштите чланских права и поретка Организације. Савет Безбедности Уједињених Нација одлучује да постави следеће правно питање Међународном суду правде: Да ли је одлука органа на Косову (и изван Косова) о независности Косова у складу с чланом 2. Повеље Уједињених нација ? У случају блокаде у Савету безбедности, услед вета неке од сталних чланица Савета Баезбедности, предлажемо да исто питање постави Генерална Скупштина Уједињених нација. Овај текст може имати следћу форму: Н А Ц Р Т Р Е З О Л У Ц И Ј Е Г Е Н Е Р А Л Н Е С К У П Ш Т И Н Е Позивајући се на члан 2. Повеље Уједињених нација.
